Consent to enquiry processing

1. Who receives my consent

I give consent to Mariya Nikolaevna Yakovleva, an individual operating under the Russian professional income tax regime, INN 773383647818, who presents services under the BORNLI brand.

2. What this consent covers

Processing my enquiry, contacting me using the details I provide, discussing my project, and preparing a prototype or proposal. This is a separate consent for the enquiry, not a marketing subscription, contract acceptance or permission to publish my data.

3. Data and processing

My name, reply contact (email, phone or messenger username), optional project description, page address, consent version and browser submission time. Processing includes collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, use, necessary access, restriction, deletion and destruction, through automated means and with human involvement.

The form sends these details over HTTPS to a handler in Yandex Cloud. The controller and authorized team members may access them to handle my enquiry. Site infrastructure and contact services process technical requests and correspondence as described in the privacy notice.

4. Duration and withdrawal

Consent applies until the purpose is fulfilled, for no longer than one year after the last interaction, or until I withdraw it, unless another lawful basis permits continued processing. I can withdraw it through developforma@gmail.com, Telegram @tedyak or +7 903 219-09-22, identifying the enquiry. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

5. How I give consent

I select the unticked consent checkbox myself and then submit the form. The checkbox is required for this enquiry form. The submission records the consent version and browser time together with the enquiry; it is not an electronic-signature service. I can read this document before submitting.

This consent does not cover separate uploads to connected AI demos or replace any additional legal requirements for a specific international transfer.
